The Collaborative Introduction: Developing Advisors as Advocates

Recurring revenue and the development of multiple revenue streams are keystones to a successful business. Joe and Steve will share the practice language, as well as actual processes/checklists/templates/tools, to help attorneys develop multiple advisors as wild advocates and business “partners.”  Sample subjects include: expectation marketing; signature event methodology; vetting referral sources; the Collaboration Introduction Protocol; the value and methods of gratitude as a tool; and maintenance/stewardship programs for continuous profit.  Memorialize what you believe in and how you want to run your practice for enjoyment and sustainability.
