Mark C. Metzger is the Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Mark C. Metzger. Mark has more than 22 years of experience in the practice of law, and provides a complete range of estate planning services to individuals and families in Naperville and throughout the greater Chicago area. He is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of personal service in the areas of estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, Veterans Benefits planning, and special needs planning.
Mark earned his B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington and his J.D.from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He is a member of ElderCounsel, the leading professional organization dedicated to serving the needs of seniors and the people who love them. He is also a member of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee.
Mark is devoted to public service, and recently completed twenty years of service as a member of the Board of Education for the Indian Prairie School District. His service there includes terms as President, Secretary, Chair of Policy, Personnel, and the Legislative, Finance and Building Committees. He served for 11 years on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of School Boards, including two years President from 2007-2009. Mark also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National School Boards Association from 2008-2011.
Mark has been a member of the Rush-Copley Medical Center/Copley Memorial Hospital Board of Directors since 1997 and presently serves as Chairman of the Board.
